shipping policy



Shipping takes 3-5 business days after the order is filled. Please allow up two business days to process and be filled. Items will ship, once the order is filled and tracking will be sent. Our shipping options are Standing Shipping, 3-Day Shipping, and Overnight Shipping. offers FREE SHIPPING on any online purchase over $75.00.


Our order processing times are counted in business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays) It may take 1 to 4 business days with a maximum of 7 business days and the availability of the items that are being purchased.

All orders received by 3 pm EST will be processed the same day. Any order received after 3 pm will be processed the next business day.

Please note that the process is the same as the ship.


Once your order is received, you will receive an automated confirmation with a tracking number after we have finished processing your order. Please note, if you have placed an order after the cut off time on Friday they might be delayed in processing your order.

*Orders shipped with USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or Flat Rate Shipping can average around 2-7 business days for arrival, within the 48 Continental US States. Transit time estimated, but not guaranteed.

If shipping to an International address, it can take an average of 6-10 business days and USPS Express Mail International can average 3-5 business days for arrival; pending customs clearance.

*Orders shipped using any of the UPS Express shipping options (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Air) will take the selected number of days for arrival.


Jeweled Hair Lounge uses United States Postal and UPS.


Free shipping is limited to UPS or USPS Ground shipping options. Please note that certain items are ineligible for Free Shipping. No Free shipping on International orders. If you have an ineligible item in your cart, you will be asked to remove it in order to get the Free Shipping. Ineligible items refer to all sales, clearance, promotions sales or any order over 20 pounds.


Expedited orders shipped via UPS overnight, 2 or s days are delivered Monday through Friday. Orders which are shipped via USPS standards are delivered Monday through Saturday. There are no Sunday Deliveries.

We here at Jeweled Hair Lounge wants all our beautiful customer to be happy and love everything that till purchased from us, However, only items that are unworn, ticket intact, in an unopened package and return with the original invoice or in its original condition can be returned, expect for some of our exclusion items. See list below.


  • All hair and body products

  • Item returned pass the return deadline.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing any parts.

  • Any Sale, Final Sale, Closeouts or Discount merchandise.

  • Any return product without the authorization number.

Refunds are generally issued 7 business days after the returned merchandise has been received.​

To return an item, you must send a request to within 5 business days. You will receive an authorization code. There is a 20% restocking fee and All shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.

When returning your items, please ship your orders prepaid. Make sure that the items are wrapped securely. We are not responsible that are not shipped according to our policies.
